During the bottom of the eighth inning of the Rays-Blue Jays game on Tuesday night, Toronto catcher Russell Martin lined a 93-mile-per-hour fastball right back at Tampa Bay reliever Kevin Jepsen, who had a fraction of a second to react. Rays shortstop Alexei Ramirez managed to quickly close in on the ricocheted ball and throw to first for the out.
