Toronto Blue Jays sign Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

Vladdy is back in Canada.
Sort of.
The Toronto Blue Jays have officially inked Vladimir Guerrero's son, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., with a $3.9 million deal, according to Sportsnet.
Vlad Sr. even took to Twitter to congratulate his son and show how proud he is:
Vlad Jr. is a 6-foot-1, 210 pound outfielder who is "built like a man." Here's the scouting report from Baseball America, via Sportsnet:
“He’s got the best combination of hitting ability and power in the class. He’s got excellent bat control. Obviously it seems like the hand-eye coordination has been passed down a generation, because he has a really good knack for putting the bat to the ball. Very quick bat, good bat speed, good plate coverage, performs well in games and he’s got power, too.
“A lot of guys who are still 16 you get a kid who has power and can’t really hit in games or you have a guy who might have some feel for putting the bat to the ball, but is just physically weak. But Guerrero is 6-foot-1, 210 pounds. He’s built like a man.”
If that scouting report doesn't get Blue Jays fans' excited, check out this video of Vlad Jr. mashing baseballs:
