Torii Hunter makes great sliding catch (VIDEO)

There's just something about Minnesota that has Twins outfielder Torii Hunter re-living the glory days of his career.

During Monday night's Twins-Reds game, the 39-year-old Hunter made a pretty slick sliding catch to grab Ivan De Jesus' liner on the right-field line.

Whatever you do, don't call him old. Because Hunter seems to have found the fountain of youth.
