Bryce Harper appears to be going to great lengths trying to end slump against Matt Harvey

There aren't many pitchers Bryce Harper doesn't give nightmares. The Washington Nationals superstar tormented basically every pitcher he faced last year en route to his unanimous NL MVP selection.
But one pitcher he hasn't been able to figure out is Mets ace Matt Harvey, who entered Tuesday's game against the Nationals allowing only one hit in 22 at-bats against Harper.
So Harper decided to switch things up Tuesday. The Nationals star opted to shave his famous facial hair and add a little luck to the bottom of his bat.

The new look didn't change Harper's luck against Harvey. Harper went 0 for 2 with an RBI, but the Nationals chased Harvey, who allowed five runs and eight hits in five innings.
