Video: Check out OU's temporary home as stadium gets major facelift

Bob Stoops just got a new apartment. Well, sort of. The Oklahoma Sooners coach has had to relocate his office as renovations have begun to transform an aging Memorial Stadium into another Big 12 modern marvel.

To make way for the construction, Oklahoma football had to find a temporary home, which it has inside the renovated Bud Wilkinson House. That's where a former apartment of a faculty member has become Stoops' temporary office -- although it hardly looks temporary.

Oklahoma needed to upgrade its facilities, not only to keep up with the Texas', but these days with TCU and Baylor, programs that continue to build new facilities that have put them on par, and even ahead of the conference's longtime power programs.
