MURRAY, Ky. (AP) Kentayvus Hopkins scored on a 1-yard run to start the second overtime, and Kobie Grace intercepted a pass to end it as Eastern Kentucky edged Murray State 41-34 on Saturday.

The Colonels (6-4, 5-2 Ohio Valley Conference) saw a 20-7 lead disappear and had to come from behind twice before knotting the game at 34-34 when Dy'Shawn Mobley hauled in a 20-yard TD pass from Bennie Coney (417 yards passing) in the first OT.

Eastern Kentucky opened the second overtime with Coney and Mobley rushing for 11 and 10 yards, respectively, setting up a first-and goal at the 1. Hopkins punched over with the winner.

Murray State (3-7, 2-5) tried some misdirection on its first play of the second OT, sweeping right only to pitch the football to wide receiver Jesse Blackburn. EKU's Grace reached overhead to pull Blackburn's pass out of the air at the 5, ending the game with the interception.
