Cougars file appeal to gain WR Kyrin Priester immediate eligibility

The Washington State Cougars have filed an appeal with the NCAA to grant wide receiver Kyrin Priester immediate eligibility. 

Speaking after practice on Wednesday, head coach Mike Leach said that that Priester's status in "under appeal."

Priester was the No. 3 overall prospect in the 2014 class and the No. 1 wide receiver. He enrolled at Clemson in January of 2014, but was dismissed by coach Dabo Sweeney in September of 2014.
