Auburn adds former Jacksonville State center

(STATS) - Some former Auburn players have transferred to Jacksonville State's program in recent seasons. Casey Dunn has made the move the other way.

The two-time FCS All-America center has joined Auburn's program as a graduate transfer. He won't participate in the Tigers' upcoming spring practices, but he's expected to compete for a starting job this season.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound Dunn helped anchor Jacksonville State's offensive line the last two seasons, earning STATS FCS All-America first-team honors in 2016 and second-team honors in 2015 while helping the Gamecocks capture Ohio Valley Conference titles each season. The Gamecocks took Auburn to overtime early in the 2015 season and went on to reach the FCS championship game.
