Kyle Busch, 1 playoff point
After leading the opening stage in the Daytona 500, Busch hasn’t been able to secure any more playoff points yet this season.
Joey Logano, 1
Logano had one of the fastest cars at Phoenix before blowing a tire late and finishing 31st. He grabbed a stage win and got on the board for the playoffs.
Ryan Blaney, 2
As the class of the field in Texas, Blaney aimed to grab seven points with a clean sweep but pit strategy and a late-race mistake cost him the win. At least, he still has something to show for it.
Chase Elliott, 2
Elliott grabbed stage wins at Phoenix and Martinsville but he’s still seeking his first Monster Energy Series win.
Kevin Harvick, 3
Harvick scored all of his playoff points in the first two races of the season. He put together a dominant performance at Atlanta before a pit-road penalty cost him the win. He’s still in good position for the postseason.
