Elija Lofton - Questionable for title game Lofton (lower body) is questionable for Miami's cash with Indiana in the National Championship game on Monday, Jan. 19, per Adam Lichtenstein of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

Impact Lofton was carted to the locker room during Miami's win over Ole Miss in the semifinals of the College Football Playoff at the Fiesta Bowl. That limited him to one catch for 15 yards against the Rebels, but the tight end has been a minor part of this passing game all year, reeling in 23 catches for 218 yards and three touchdowns this fall. His status remains in question for next Monday.
