Daniel Kinney - No go Thursday Kinney (undisclosed) did not end up playing in Thursday's win over Louisiana Tech.
Impact Kinney was listed as questionable but did end up playing. Britton Williams handled kicking duties and went 5-for-5 on extra points while missing his lone field goal attempt. Kinney will have some extended time to recover before the Owls face FIU on Oct. 21.

Clayton Coppock - Tallies first TD Coppock caught four passes for 30 yards and a touchdown Thursday against La Tech.
Impact Coppock is a true freshman, and this is his first touchdown. He only has six catches on the season, but they have all come in his last two games. It seems he has a role in the offense now.

Impact That's back-to-back games with over 100 total yards for Bennett. He's emerged as a proper lead back for the Owls this season, and there's a lot of favorable conference matchups coming up.

Impact It was known that Williams would be back after missing two games with an injury. What was surprising is that Williams, not Amari Odom, started. However, Williams clearly excelled in this return, so the job may be his again.

Impact Thevenin got 19 carries in La Tech's last game, so this is a slight step down. He also didn't run the ball well, and Thevenin has averaged 3.6 yards per carry against FBS teams this season.
