Jacob Kibodi - Stifled by Georgia State Kibodi posted 13 carries for 27 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 20-17 loss to Georgia State. He also caught one pass for six yards.

Impact Kibodi was outshined by quarterback Zeon Chriss, who rushed 17 times for 119 yards while Kibodi was held to 2.1 yards per carry. While it was encouraging to see Kibodi handle eight more carries than any other running back, he's likely to continue to split work with Zylan Perry and Dre'lyn Washington during their matchup against South Alabama next week.

Zeon Chriss - Tops 100 yards on the ground Chriss completed 14 of 28 passes for 106 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 20-17 defeat versus Georgia State. He also had 17 rushes for 119 yards.

Impact Though Chriss struggled greatly as a passer -- setting a season low in passing yards and completion percentage -- he excelled as a runner, taking 17 carries for 119 yards. Over five games, Chriss has tallied 906 passing yards and an 8:5 TD:INT while rushing for 446 yards and five scores.

Tailique Williams - Tops WR corps Williams totaled six catches for 81 yards during Saturday's 20-17 win against Louisiana.

Impact Williams paced Georgia State in receptions and receiving yards Saturday, however, he was unable to come down with either of the team's two passing touchdowns. While Williams has topped 80 yards three times this season, he's been limited to less than 25 yards on two occasions and is averaging fewer than four receptions per game.

Ahmon Green - Finds paydirt twice Green had four catches for 44 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 20-17 victory against Louisiana.

Impact Green set season highs in receptions and receiving yards Saturday while also collecting his first and second touchdowns of the year. While Green has been held catchless three times in 2023, he's also logged a trio of games with at least three catches.

Marcus Carroll - Tallies 165 yards from scrimmage Carroll had 26 rushes for 110 yards during Saturday's 20-17 victory against Louisiana. He also caught two passes for 55 yards.

Impact Carroll was highly productive against Louisiana, turning 28 touches into 165 total yards. However, he was unable to find paydirt with both of Georgia State's touchdowns coming on passes from Darren Grainger to Ahmon Green. Through seven games, Carroll has 852 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 169 carries.

Darren Grainger - Silenced as rusher Grainger completed 17 of 22 passes for 211 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 20-17 victory versus Louisiana. He also had nine rushes for 18 yards.

Impact While Grainger didn't have his typical impact on the ground, he was very effective as a passer, completing 77.3 percent of his attempts and recording a pair of scores. Through seven games, Grainger has 1,632 passing yards and a 10:2 TD:INT while adding 368 yards and five scores on the ground.
