Tommy Ulatowski - Commits to Appalachian State Ulatowski announced his commitment to Appalachian State on Monday.

Impact Logged as part of Kennesaw State for four years, Ulatowski's best season is 2024, when he recorded 81 completed passes, 1,342 passing yards and 15 touchdowns. 2025 is the quarterback's worst, considering his total yardage is barely double digits. As of Ulatwoski's commitment, his primary competition is Malachi Singleton, who will transfer from Purdue.

Impact Lofton was dynamic at Gardner-Webb in 2025, reeling in 56 catches for 934 yards and five touchdowns. He'll now take his talents to the FBS level, where the wideout should have two seasons of eligibility remaining with the Mountaineers.

Impact Hasselbeck spent the past two seasons with UCLA, but he didn't appear in a game. He's slated for a reserve role once again at Appalachian State, as the Mountaineers also picked up Malachi Singleton in the portal.

Darrin Fugitt - Joining Mountaineers Fugitt is transferring to Appalachian State, he announced via X.

Impact Fugitt will serve out his final year of eligibility with the Mountaineers after a four-season career with Lindenwood. The 6-foot-5 tight end logged 32 catches for 341 yards and two touchdowns in the 2025 campaign.

Impact Singleton will pursue the starting job for Appalachian State after failing to do so at his last two stops -- Arkansas and Purdue. At Purdue last season, he completed 38 of his 64 pass attempts for 439 yards and five touchdowns. He also ran for 202 yards and a TD.

Impact Kohl closed out the 2025 season strong on Saturday, tossing for two touchdowns in the loss. The first touchdown pass came in the second quarter when Kohl connected with wideout Dalton Stroman for a 37-yard score, then in the fourth when he teamed up with Sam Mbake from 16-yards out. The Sophomore quarterback finishes the year throwing for 1465 yards, 12 touchdowns and two interceptions, while over taking AJ Swann as the starter.
