Emejuru faces off against North Texas on Saturday as the Pirates look to snap a seven-game losing streak.

His exploits have not helped the pirates tally wins in the American (0-4). Emerjuru's field goal percentage (59.2 percent) and free throw percentage (63.3 percent) are converging.

Impact Cason made his first start since Dec. 6. He had not played more than 19 minutes in his previous seven games, but set season standards in rebounds and blocks in the loss. The 6-10 sophomore may have earned more minutes going forward with his productive game.
