Trevion LaBeaux - Out for season LaBeaux (lower body) will miss the remainder of the season, Stephen Igoe of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact LaBeaux underwent season-ending surgery to fix a lower body injury, forcing him out for the remainder of the season. The senior will take a medical redshirt to preserve his eligibility. Across 31 games (26 starts) last season he averaged 3.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 0.7 steals and 1.0 blocks in 21.3 minutes per game.

Giovanni Emejuru - Goes for 23 points, 10 boards Emejuru recorded 23 points (8-11 FG, 7-9 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, two blocks and one steal over 31 minutes during Thursday's 71-70 win over Elizabeth City State.

Impact It isn't a great sign that the Pirates had to eek out a win over a Division II school. It is, however, a continued great sign to see Emejuru produce. The 6-10 center is averaging 20.0 points and 10.7 rebounds, and now has consecutive double-doubles. Look for more production Tuesday against UNC-Wilmington.

Tybo Bailey - Starts, scores 19 Bailey finished with 19 points (4-10 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 9-10 FT) and three rebounds across 32 minutes during Thursday's 71-70 win over Elizabeth City State.

Impact Bailey started for Jordan Riley (illness) and had his best game of the season. The 6-2 sophomore had scored a combined 12 points in his first two games. He might have earned some extra playing even when Riley returns.

Impact Riley scored 22 and 18 points in the first and second games of the season for ECU, respectively, but he'll miss Thursday night's contest with an undisclosed illness. His next chance to suit up will come against UNC-Wilmington on Nov. 18.

Impact Emerjuru looks like the breakout player for the Pirates in the early going. He has averaged 18.5 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks in two games. The 6-10 senior should continue to produce in future games against UNC-Wilmington and Charleston Southern before ECU plays Michigan State on Nov. 25. Look for more double-doubles in the next week.

Impact The 6-10 Brit made his Pirate debut and started for the first time since 2023-24 when he played for Siena. He came off the bench for George Mason last season and only scored in double digits once in 2025 for the Patriots. Emejeru will look to make more of an impact as a senior with his new team.

Impact Mbeng will make the move to East Carolina following a one-year stint with William & Mary. The 6-foot-2 freshman appeared in all 32 games with the Tribe, averaging 5.7 points, 1.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.5 steals on 19.9 minutes per game. The two-way ball handler will look to play his way into a role with the Pirates this offseason.

Impact Emejuru spent the 2024-2025 season at George Mason after previous stops at Sam Houston and Siena. This past year, he averaged 6.2 points and 4.0 rebounds across 16.2 minutes. He played in 36 games, but didn't notch a start. The 6-foot-11 forward will look to change that in his fifth season of college basketball.
