Eagles down 4 receivers for game vs. 49ers
SANTA CLARA, Calif. (AP) — The Philadelphia Eagles will be without four key receivers for their game against the San Francisco 49ers.
J.J. Arcega-Whiteside is inactive Sunday night after being listed as doubtful with a calf injury. DeSean Jackson (hamstring) and Alshon Jeffrey (foot) had already been ruled out for the game and Jalen Reagor was placed on injured reserve during the week.
The other inactive players for the Eagles are CB Avonte Maddox (ankle), quarterback Nate Sudfeld, defensive end Casey Toohill and receiver Hakeem Butler.
The inactive players for the 49ers are QB Jimmy Garoppolo (ankle), LB Dre Greenlaw (quadricep), CB Emmanuel Moseley (concussion), RB Raheem Mostert (knee), CB Ahkello Witherspoon (hamstring), offensive lineman Tom Compton and tight end Daniel Helm.
