The defending champions' hopes of catching leaders Manchester United suffered a major blow as they had to settle for a 1-1 draw at The Britannia on Saturday. That left the Blues 11 points off the top of the table with eight matches remaining, although they do have a game in hand on United. But while Terry admits Saturday's result was disappointing, he believes Chelsea can get a psychological edge for the run-in as they host United in the Champions League quarter-finals on Wednesday. "At a different stage of the season you could look at the result against Stoke and maybe say that it was a good point, but the position we were in we needed to win the game to keep on the tail of Man United and Arsenal so it is two points dropped," he told the club's official website. "It was always going to be a massive challenge and we are still not giving up - no chance. But we must pick ourselves up and go again on Wednesday. "It is a huge game against Man United back at the Bridge in front of our fans and hopefully that will be the key." One positive from Saturday's game is that Didier Drogba scored his first goal in 11 games, a run stretching just over two months. And although Terry stressed there is much more to the Ivory Coast striker's game than just scoring goals, he is glad Drogba is back on the goal trail heading into the run-in. "We have never really lost Didier, he always brings so much," he added. Passion "It is difficult for a striker because if they don't score goals then people jump on their back, similar to how they are with Fernando [Torres], but especially with Didier. "What he brings to the side with his passion in the dressing room and on the field, and his link-up play, means he shouldn't be judged just on goals. "But what a good goal he scored against Stoke and he is firing on all cylinders, hopefully just at the right time for us."
