Jermain Defoe opened the scoring before the break and substitute Roman Pavlyuchenko killed the contest with two late goals. "It was a great performance from us today. I was really pleased with the attitude we showed," Redknapp, whose team beat the Latics 9-1 at White Hart Lane earlier in the campaign, said on Sky Sports 1. Tottenham got a stroke of luck as Defoe's opener was clearly offside, but that did not concern Redknapp. "I won't sleep tonight," he joked. "It doesn't bother me at all. Sometime you get them, sometimes you don't." The Tottenham boss also had words of praise for Russian Pavlyuchenko, hinting that it is only his attitude which sometimes lets him down. "They (the fans) love him," he said. "He's got ability and when he wants to play and wants to work he's great." The only disappointing note for the visitors was the loss of Ledley King to injury in the second half. "Ledley looks like he's torn a muscle," said Redknapp.
