Arsenal striker Park Chu-young is brushing aside allegations he's trying to dodge compulsory military service in South Korea.
Park said in a press conference on Wednesday he'll carry out his service ''no matter what.'' He didn't say when he's planning to join the army.
The South Korean government allowed Park in March to delay his service for 10 years. It cited Park's 10-year residency visa from Monaco. The 26-year-old played for Monaco from 2008-11.
All able-bodied South Korean men are required to serve two to three years in the military. Park had been expected to begin his service either this year or next year.
