Portuguese club Braga has acquired Spanish midfielder Fran Merida on loan from Atletico Madrid.
Braga announced the deal for the former Arsenal player on Sunday.
The 21-year-old Catalan scored three goals for Atletico last season. He has also played for Real Sociedad.
