Forward Antonio Cassano says he'll consider leaving AC Milan now that it appears defender Thiago Silva is moving to Paris Saint-Germain.

Speaking at Italy's European Championship camp, Cassano says, ''I'm playing the European Championship, then afterward I'll think about staying at Milan or leaving.''

Cassano adds that selling Silva is ''a crime,'' adding that the Brazilian is ''the best defender in the world, and shouldn't be sold for any price.''

Italian media are reporting that PSG will buy Silva for ?40 million ($50 million), plus ?10 million ($12.5 million) in bonuses.

Cassano transferred to Milan midway through the 2010-11 season after falling out with Sampdoria when he allegedly insulted club president Riccardo Garrone with a profanity-laced verbal tirade. He has also played for Bari, Roma and Real Madrid.
