Angelli in line for Juve presidency

Giovanni Agnelli's nephew Andrea is about to become the president
of struggling Juventus.
La Stampa newspaper, which is operated by the Agnelli family,
has reported that the nomination will be made on Thursday at an
assembly of the family's holding company Exor.
Andrea's father Umberto was the last Agnelli to be Juventus
president nearly 50 years ago, while Giovanni Agnelli was the
club's longtime honorary president.
It's the second presidential change Juventus has made this
season, after Jean-Claude Blanc replaced Giovanni Cobolli Gigli in
October. Blanc - who has been the subject of fan protests - will
remain in an executive role looking after administration and
marketing.
With three games remaining in Serie A, Juventus is in sixth
place - 19 points behind leader Inter Milan.
