American forward Freddy Adu has scored his first goal in Greece for Aris, helping his team to a 2-1 comeback victory over visiting Ergotelis.

Adu made a perfectly timed run to meet a cross from Darcy Neto and slot the ball into the net from close range in the 45th minute.

The 20-year-old Adu has been loaned to Aris through June from Portugal's Benfica.

Ergotelis had taken the lead in the second minute through Brazilian midfielder Beto. Sergio Koke equalized in the 29th with a long-range drive, with Adu's fellow U.S. international Eddie Johnson providing the assist.

Aris is fifth in the Greek league with 35 points, 17 behind leader Panathinaikos.
