Wisconsin storms past Alaska Anchorage 4-0

MADISON -- Wisconsin stormed past Alaska Anchorage, 4-0, in WCHA men's hockey action Friday.
A trio of Badgers had highlight-reel performances. Justin Schultz and Mark Zengerle paced Wisconsin, tallying three points apiece. Joseph LaBate also aided the hosts' cause by dishing out a pair of assists.
Zengerle put Wisconsin on the board first, lighting the lamp at the 9:04 mark of the opening period.
From there the Badgers never looked back, to the delight of a home crowd that numbered 10,532 in size.
With its win, Wisconsin improved to 11-10-2 overall.
Alaska Anchorage fell to 6-13-2 with its setback.
