His teammate Pierre Garcon gave us his two cents on Monday, saying “Robert obviously can’t run as fast as he did last year because of his knee brace and his knee." Well, RG3 isn't just going to take that. He sounded off on Tuesday:

Nice, a vague statement that really explains nothing. I thought he said he wouldn't pull any "Belichicks" this season. And what about those people that say Griffin should be benched in favor of Kirk Cousins?

I have a feeling those people are very much for "us," meaning the "Redskins." They're just not happy with "you" at the moment. But, I agree, the calls for RG3's benching are just silly. He is the franchise quarterback and should be given every opportunity to get his game in fear. We're just two weeks into the season. Give the man a chance.
