Offensive Player of the Year: RB Tre Watson, Corona Centennial
To give you an idea of the type of season Tre Watson had, he broke the school record with 466 rushing yards in an early season win against St. Bonaventure. During the playoffs, he broke his own record with a 519-rushing yard performance in a semifinal win over Upland. He averaged just a hair under 250 yards per game on the ground. While leading the Huskies to back-to-back Inland Division titles, Watson rushed for 3,498 yards and 48 touchdowns.
QB Brady White, Hart, Jr.
4,307 pass yards and 40 TD for the Southern Section's leading passer while leading Hart to its first CIF title since 2003.

His two highest rushing totals on the season equaled 985 yards and 13 TD –a season for most.

Recent Colorado commit helped lead Chaminade to first CIF championship in school history with 1,806 rush yards and 36 rushing touchdowns, while averaging nearly 21 yards per catch.

Game-winning field goal gave Eagles first CIF crown in school history. Already owns CIF-SS record for PATs.
Defensive Player of the Year: Long Beach Poly DB Iman Marshall
As a starting point, if you haven't seen Marshall's performance against Corona Centennial's Barry Ware Sept. 13, check that tape. Former Long Beach Poly head coach Raul Lara said he'd never seen anything like that before. Ware, currently being courted by a number of Pac-12 schools, was limited to zero catches against Marshall. Ware shouldn't fret, he wasn't the only one Marshall gave a hard time to. The junior cornerback didn't allow a catch all season until the quarterfinals against St. Bonaventure when Lavan Alston made a short, two-yard grab. -- the season was 12-weeks-old and Poly's season ended a week later. Dominant may not do Marshall's 2013 season justice.
DL Malik McMorris, Mater Dei Jr.
6-foot, 280 pounds and can move. Led Monarchs with 10 sacks, eight hurries, and three fumble recoveries.
DL Jason Fao, Long Beach Poly, Sr.
97.5 tackles including 28.2 TFL for 'Pops.'
DL Parker Chase, Corona del Mar, Jr.
On a defense that recorded 43 sacks, Chase led CdM with 14.5.
DL Rasheem Green, Serra, Jr.
An SEC coach visited Serra campus and said Green "could play for us right now." Managed 14 sacks despite battling multiple injuries all season.
LB Curtis Bolton, Vista Murrieta, Sr.
109 tackles, 29 TFL, 13 sacks, 42 hurries. Let that sink in.
LB Chandler Leniu, St. John Bosco, Sr.
The leader of arguably the top defense in the state posted 205 tackles.
LB Olajuwon Tucker, Serra, Sr.
Arguably the MVP of the Cavs stout defensive attack led team with 117 tackles, 25 TFL, and 12 sacks.
DB Jonathan Lockett, Mater Dei, Sr.
Lockett Island had 0 INT in the regular season. Opposing QBs tried to test him in the postseason and he picked off three passes helping Monarchs earn to a second straight CIF final berth.
DB Iman Marshall, Long Beach Poly, Jr.
Big, physical, can run, and hit.
DB Naijiel Hale, St. John Bosco, Sr.
Not many highlights unless you're into watching an entire half of a field get shutdown.
DB Kwesi Mashack, Vista Murrieta, Sr.
By season's end, he was in the discussion for top CB in entire Southern Section with five INT, and 15 passes defended.

What can't he do? Arguably the best all-around player in the CIF -- 122 tackles and three INT on defense in addition to his 1,762 all-purpose yards on offense.
All-Purpose: Juju Smith, Long Beach Poly, Sr.
Season didn't end the way he wanted but quarterbacked the best secondary in the Southern Section, finishing with 71 tackles and eight TFL in senior campaign.
P James Fonseca, Summit, Sr.
51.1 yards per punt was third in the nation. Also pinned 12 inside the 20-yard line.
