SINCE WE LAST MET (NOVEMBER 7):

We last saw the team at 7-8-0, and they’ve basically been .500 since then (8-8-1). That has to be a touch disappointing for the Rangers, seeing as they started the game with a monster road trip that bought the Madison Square Garden folks time to finish the reconstruction of their arena. It clearly has been an exercise in frustration, as head coach Alain Vigneault’s comments about the lack of "compete level" indicate:
