As reported first by Buckeye Sports' Marcus Hartman, Jeff Waltz of Louisville has turned down the program's entreaties to come over to Ohio State:
Hartman's report was subsequently confirmed with Walz by both Jody Demling of Cardinal Authority and the Louisville Courier-Journal.
