Lion trying to pounce on a little boy smashes into protective glass

A two-year-old boy visiting a lion's den at Chiba Zoological Park in Japan had no idea that the beast was charging straight for him when he turned his back on the protective glass and looked at the camera. 

According to Nippon TV News24, zookeepers say that this particular lion as a habit of "frolicking" around young children.

Seriously, though, don't turn your back on predatory animals.
