Hear Joe Buck's familiar voice in new St. Louis stadium project video
Welcome to the keep-the-Rams-in-St.-Louis party, Joe Buck.
The STL native and FOX broadcaster has shown his support for the project by narrating a fly-through video showing an updated concept for the proposed stadium.
"Revitalizing downtown is essential to the city of St. Louis," Buck says in the video, "and this is our opportunity."
The update also includes the same renderings presented to Major League Soccer officials who recently visited St. Louis on a fact-finding mission to explore potential MLS expansion.
"St. Louis: It's the quintessential American city," Buck says in the intro. "We treasure our neighborhoods, our history, our traditions. But what makes St. Louis the city it is, is why I'll always call St. Louis my home: It's our people. Our people make St. Louis a great baseball city, a great hockey city and, by every measure, a great football city. Revitalizing downtown is essential to the city of St. Louis, and this is our opportunity."
