Fan decks the halls with Sooner Christmas lights

The college football regular season is over. And the bowl games have yet to begin. What is going to help fans pass the time?

One fan found a way to spread Christmas cheer by lighting up his house in red and white lights and setting them to twinkle to the tune of University of Oklahoma's fight song "Boomer Sooner."

Of course this isn't the first time a die-hard fan has sacrificed a large electricity bill in order to share school spirit.

This year, there has also been a 45,000-light tribute to Penn State:

As well as an homage to Auburn's "War Eagle" and Chris Davis' 100-yard touchdown return that beat Alabama and sealed Auburn's place in the national title game.

A couple year's ago a coffee house in Austin created a display for the Texas Longhorns:

While it's pretty impressive to watch if your a fan of the school, we're more worried about the neighbors.
