Monday, Lauren Hill, a freshman basketball player at Mount St. Joseph College in Cincinnati, began a movement to raise awareness for Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), a rare brain tumor that she suffers from.

The movement, called "Layup 4 Lauren," requires the participant to spin around five times and shoot a layup with their non-dominant hand. If you make the layup, you challenge three more people to do it. If the you miss, you have to donate $10 to "The Cure Starts Now."

Wednesday, two of the people she challenged took the opportunity, and another team did as well.
