The 2015 Pedal the Cause Radio-Telethon will take place on Saturday, September 12th, live from Petco Park. The broadcast, hosted by Jesse Agler and a combination of talent from both Fox Sports San Diego and The Mighty 1090, begins at 2:00 p.m., and will run throughout the Padres game that evening.
All funds raised will support PEDAL's four, world-class beneficiaries right here in San Diego, which are Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego Health, Salk Institute for Biological Studies, Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute and Rady Children's Hospital -- the newest on PEDAL's impressive list of beneficiaries.
PEDAL-powered funding makes it possible for these institutions to leverage their distinct, and combined resources and talents, to accelerate understanding and innovative approaches for the treatment and prevention of cancer.
The simulcast will air live on FOX Sports San Diego and The Mighty 1090, starting at 2:00 p.m., and will continue through the game between the Padres and the San Francisco Giants later that evening.
