Olympian Meb Keflezighi won the Rock 'n' Roll San Diego Half Marathon in 1 hour, 3 minutes, 11 seconds on Sunday for his second consecutive victory in his adopted hometown.

He beat fellow Olympian Ryan Hall, who struggled because of plantar fasciitis in his left foot and finished in 1:05:39.
