Chance the Rapper made an inspirational new song celebrating Team USA
Nike released a new Olympic ad this week that features Chance the Rapper performing a song in celebration of the United States. The spot, titled "Unlimited Together," meshes an original song from Chance with some of Team USA's top basketball stars on both the men's and women's sides.
The result is a beautiful product that pushes unity and is well worth your time. Along with the musical stylings of the Chicago-born Chance, the visual portion is directed by filmmaker Hiro Murai.
In a press release, Nike Chief Marketing Officer Greg Hoffman had this to say about the campaign:
“Our Nike Unlimited Campaign celebrates both the everyday athletes and the champion athletes who push their limits daily and who are proving their unlimited potential, whether that’s on the world’s greatest stage this summer, or just in a pickup game in the park. The USA Basketball teams are an amazing example of athletes who come together to pursue their goals for their team and their country.”
If gold medals were handed out for ads, Nike would be atop the podium right now.
