Reports: Beckham says he played season with two hamstring injuries

Even after the clock ticked to zero on the final game of Odell Beckham Jr.'s season, the rookie receiver's legend grew even larger — with what could go down as the most legendary revelation of them all.

Speaking after his five-catch, 89-yard performance in Sunday's Pro Bowl — including another jaw-dropping 48-yard grab while falling down — Beckham revealed to the media in Glendale, Ariz., that "I was never really healthy" during his record-setting season.

To recap, Beckham had 91 catches, 1,305 yards, 12 TDs, nine straight games of at least 90 yards receiving (tying an NFL record), and perhaps the greatest catch in NFL history. And that was after missing the first month of the season with a hamstring injury.

On Sunday night, Beckham reportedly told the media he had two hamstring injuries at the end of the season. "I maintained it the best I could," Beckham said. "Still working on it. Trying to get it 100 (percent) for next year."

According to the New York Daily News, Beckham added: “If you go look at the Colts game and the Philly game, every time I tried to break away you could see I’m stumbling and falling over. It’s just because my hamstring wasn’t strong enough to be able to maintain all that."

His stats in those games where he was "stumbling and falling over":

Giants at Eagles (10/12): two catches, 28 yards, 0 TDs

Colts at Giants (11/3): eight catches, 156 yards, 0 TDs

Eagles at Giants (12/28): 12 catches, 185 yards, 1 TD

If he is referring to the first game against the Eagles, then Philly gets a pass. As for the Colts? Just how much damage could a healthy Beckham have done?

Also before Sunday's game, Beckham managed to get his supposedly dinged-up hamstrings to kick a 46-yard field goal through narrowed goal posts.
