Former Packers GM Ron Wolf: 'The Hall of Fame should be in Green Bay'

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is in Canton, Ohio, but Class of 2015 inductee and former Green Bay Packers general manager Ron Wolf thinks it should be relocated to Titletown.

"I'm very fortunate to get my foot in the door. With this new induction category, I'm glad to be included. It's the ultimate honor," Wolf said in a Q&A with Jeff Maillet of the Journal Sentinel. "I was fortunate to end my career with the Packers. ... The Hall of Fame should be in Green Bay. When you walk into Lambeau and see those names up there, that is greatness. For me to be a part of that, I'm tickled."

The Packers are well-represented in the Hall of Fame, with Wolf being the 28th enshrined member of the franchise. During Wolf's tenure as Packers GM (1991-2001), he picked up a Hall-of-Fame defensive end in Reggie White in free agency and traded for a future Hall-of-Fame quarterback in Brett Favre.
