Backup quarterback A.J. Feeley (thumb) also is inactive for the second straight week, leaving Kellen Clemens, acquired last week, set to make his first start since Dec. 13, 2009 with the Jets in a 26-3 victory at Tampa Bay.
Bengals offensive tackle Andre Smith (ankle) is out for the second straight game. Fullback Chris Pressley (knee) and running back Brian Leonard (knee) also were inactive.
