Bill Belichick tried to start a 'No Days Off' chant at the Patriots' parade

Leave it to Bill Belichick to chant one of the New England Patriots' driest, least fun mantras to a crowd of people who took the day off work to celebrate a Super Bowl victory.

As the Patriots made their way through Boston for their Super Bowl LI parade on Tuesday, Belichick had an opportunity to speak to the fans in front of City Hall. He congratulated his players on all their hard work — then tried to lead a "No Days Off!" chant that Boston fans did their best to ignore:

Patriots fans were in the mood to celebrate, of course — it's just that they much rather wanted to chant, "We want six!" along with Julian Edelman and Tom Brady rather than telling their bosses they no longer need weekends or holidays:

It's a simple lesson: don't ask the people to partake in the Patriot Way, coach. Regular human beings like to take a vacation and celebrate accomplishments every now and again.
