Will Devin Harris be Mavs' starting point guard in 2016?

Devin Harris is just one of three Mavericks guaranteed on the team's cap sheet for next season (the other two are Dirk Nowitzki and Chandler Parsons), and depending on what moves Dallas' front office makes this summer, he may find himself as the team's starting point guard.
Here's what Harris had to say during his exit interview, courtesy of the SB Nation blog Mavs Moneyball:
"However RC wants to use me, that's how he'll use me. If it's starting, if it's coming off the bench, he'll figure that out but I think that he likes me coming off the bench, but starting is something I've done my whole career so I definitely can go back to it."
The 31-year-old averaged 8.8 points and 3.1 assists per game this season, shooting just 41.8 percent from the floor. But he's still speedy, and has a three-point shot defenders have to respect. Making him the starter wouldn't be the worst thing in the world.
