The San Antonio Spurs are 11-3 and arguably the second best team in basketball. But they're still a long way away from being a finished product, and there's a good chance it'll take quite a bit of time before we see them get there.

The good news is their players already know this, and they're fine with the process taking however long it takes. Per ESPN, here's Tony Parker on how he's figuring things out:

Parker is having one of his most efficient seasons in a while, and the Spurs are already clicking on defense. The starting lineup struggles to score at times, and there's a bit of over-passing that could go down just a bit, but all in all the Spurs once again look like an extremely potent basketball team.

“It’s been the dilemma my whole career [between scoring and distributing],” Parker said. “So I’m always looking to find that balance. LaMarcus was out. So I knew I was going to be more aggressive. Kawhi was doing a lot. So I had to help him out.”
