What did Kevin McHale whisper in Josh Smith's ear? (VIDEO)

Josh Smith was a beast in Houston's opening round demolition of the Mavericks. He did everything: score, rebound, defend and, most importantly, float perfect lobs towards the rim and watch Dwight Howard slam them home.

But once it became clear Houston would advance to the next round, Rockets coach Kevin McHale grabbed Smith and whispered something in his ear.

It's your guess as good as anyone's what it is McHale actually said. But whatever it was probably made both of them very happy. No player has had a stranger journey than Smith this season. He deserves everything good that's coming his way.
