Dion Waiters will get to test the free-agent market this summer after the Oklahoma City Thunder rescinded their offer to the fourth-year shooting guard, The Vertical reported Monday.

Waiters averaged a career-low 9.8 points in 78 games with the Thunder last season in a reserve role. According to The Vertical, Waiters could draw interest from the Nets and 76ers.

The Thunder are still reeling after Kevin Durant opted to join the Warriors this summer. Oklahoma City now has to decide whether to keep Russell Westbrook, who can become an unrestricted free agent next summer, or trade him.

Waiters didn't pan out in Cleveland, which selected him fourth overall in the 2012 draft. The Cavs traded Waiters to the Thunder as part of a three-team trade in 2015. The 24-year-old has averaged 12.8 points and 2.6 rebounds during his young career.
