INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Miami guard Ray Allen will be available in Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals, but forward Chris Andersen has been deactivated for the second straight game.

Coach Erik Spoelstra made it official about 45 minutes before tip-off at Indianapolis.

Allen sustained a bruised hip late in Miami's 102-90 victory Monday night, which gave the Heat a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven series. He did not participate in the team's morning shootaround but went through his regular pregame routine. Andersen was diagnosed with a bruised thigh following the Heat's Game 3 win.

Forward Rashard Lewis will make his second straight start for the Heat. Justin Hamilton also is inactive for Miami.
