Houston Rockets star Dwight Howard is entering his 12th season in the NBA.

Howard has a lot of miles under his belt, and a few injury issues to boot, but he's still just 29 and has zero plans of retiring anytime soon.

Actually, he has no plans of retiring for the next decade.

Howard recently told Calvin Watkins of ESPN.com that despite the team monitoring his workload in training camp and his minutes during the regular season, he has plenty left in the tank.

"Y'all acting like I'm about to retire," Howard said. "I mean, I feel good. I'm 29 years old regardless of me being in the league for 12 years, I'm fairly young. I got about a good 10 years left in me. I'm going to give everything I got for these 10, 11 years I got left."

Howard missed 41 games last season and hasn't played a full season since 2009-10.
