Hamilton out injured 1 game after return

Published Feb. 8, 2011 7:54 p.m. ET

One game after his benching ended, Detroit's Richard Hamilton is sitting out Tuesday night's matchup with San Antonio because of a sore right groin.

Hamilton scored 15 points in 20 minutes Saturday at Milwaukee, his first action since Jan. 10 after he was benched and even deactivated for Friday night's home game against New Jersey.

The Pistons did expect guard Rodney Stuckey back Tuesday after missing five games with a right shoulder injury, although he did not start.

San Antonio expected Matt Bonner back after he missed 10 games with a right knee injury.
