Scott Dixon found victory lane again at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course after starting from 22nd position.
The Aussie has now won at this course five times in the last eight years, and now lies sixth in the 2014 Verizon IndyCar points standings with just three rounds remaining.
The race started with early drama when Tony Kanaan spun in turn one, soon to be collected by Marco Andretti. The drama continued all the way to (and even after) the finish line, when race-winner Scott Dixon came crawling to a halt with an empty fuel tank.
