Amlin Aguri driver Antonio Felix da Costa has been confirmed to replace Takuma Sato for the second Formula E race in Putrajaya.

The Portuguese racer will drive alongside Katherine Legge after missing the opening round in Beijing due to previous DTM commitments.

Takuma Sato failed to finish the inaugural ePrix in Beijing but was able to score two points for turning in the fastest lap during the race.

"I am thrilled by what I believe is the championship of the future. With Formula E we see history being made and I’m excited to be right at the heart of this new project. I have no doubt we’ll see this championship drive real innovation and advances in technology."
