The Buffaloes (3-3) have made significant improvements this season, including on the defensive side of the ball.

Colorado has recorded nine interceptions through six games. Jered Bell and Ahkello Witherspoon lead the team with two picks each. Kenneth Olugbode has recorded the only pick-six of the year, adding a 60-yard touchdown. Olugbode's return moved him to No. 3 overall for interception yards in the Pac-12.

This is the first time Colorado has had a pick in six-consecutive games since 2004.

With nine on the season, Colorado has the third-most interceptions in the Pac-12 behind just California and Utah -- both programs have 12 picks.
