Cal's Goff leads Pac-12 North QB power rankings

Scout.com's National Recruiting Analyst Jamie Newberg has released his 2015 Pac-12 QB Power Rankings and Cal's Jared Goff leads the way for Pac-12 North QB's.

USC's Heisman trophy candidate Cody Kessler was ranked as the best QB in the conference and rightly so. Kessler threw for 39 touchdowns and five interceptions in 2015. However, Goff nearly matched him last season with a lot less help around him. Goff threw for 3,973 yards, 35 touchdowns and only seven picks in 2014.

1. Cal - Jared Goff (2)

2. Stanford - Kevin Hogan (4)

3. Oregon - Vernon Adams Jr. (6)

4. Washington State - Luke Falk (10)

5. Washington - Jeff Lindquist (11)

6. Oregon State - Seth Collins (12)
