Reece James
James (hamstring) could return to the squad for Monday's game against Nottingham Forest, according to interim manager Calum McFarlane. "Reece is back in training, and Levi [Colwill] is back in training also," McFarlane stated at his pre-Forest press conference. Both are looking good, which is really positive. We're still a little way out from the game [on Monday], so we'll see how they do in the next few training sessions but are looking promising."
Levi Colwill
Colwill (knee) could be in line to make his season debut Monday against Nottingham Forest, according to interim manager Calum McFarlane. "Reece is back in training, and Levi is back in training also," McFarlane stated at his pre-Forest press conference. "Levi has had a long injury and we don't want to push him too much. But both are looking good and potentially they could be [in the squad vs Forest], yes," he added.
Alisson
Allison (undisclosed) didn't train with the squad yet and is unlikely to be available for Sunday's clash against Manchester United, according to coach Arne Slot. "Ali hasn't trained with us yet. [He is] very close to training with us, I have to hear today from the medical staff if he is able to train today or either tomorrow or otherwise the start of next week. He is very close but of course, also we don't want to take any risks, because that's never what you do with a player and that's also not what we do now. "I think there's a difference between a goalkeeper and a player. If a player hasn't trained for a few weeks, players need to run much more than goalkeepers do."
Milos Kerkez
Kerkez (undisclosed) was forced to leave training Wednesday with some niggles but should be an option for Sunday's clash against Manchester United, according to coach Arne Slot. "Milos has had some niggles, left the training pitch not yesterday but the day before. But I expect him to either train today or tomorrow."
